Lavender Essential Oil is highly regarded for its calming properties and soothing effects, and when used at night may help support a more restful, peaceful sleep.

In ancient Roman times, people added lavender to their baths and even sprayed lavender-infused fragrant water on large compact crowds. This is where the Lavandula Officinalis gets its name; from the Latin lavare, meaning ‘to wash’. The Lavender plant is covered in star-shaped hairs that are bursting with oil glands, and the plant flowers with fragrant purple-blue pods. Unlike many synthetically compounded Lavender Essential Oils, our Lavender Essential Oil is comprised of 100% natural constituents and is steam distilled from a blend of Lavender types to release the best of Lavender’s floral notes.

HOW TO USE
Add a few drops to a steam shower, bath, or foot bath. Diffuse a few drops for an energizing aroma. Dilute very well before use.

Pro Tip: Blend with Bergamot, Lemon, and Eucalyptus for an especially spa-like aroma.
