The Calm Mind Skincare Kit is a first-of-its-kind relaxation ritual to help your inner calm translate to outer radiance. This kit includes a custom, guided meditation to play while applying your skincare routine, along with several printable affirmations to help empower you throughout your day. In addition, two complimentary accessories are included to deliver a sensory, spa-worthy experience. Lavender Essential Oil helps you relax through aromatherapy and embrace a deep sense of calm with the delicate, herbal aroma. The White Jade Facial Roller helps you relax tension in the face and neck with a gentle massage. The centerpiece of the kit is a four-step skincare routine that can be used in the morning or evening to get your skin ready for what comes next, because you deserve good things.

HOW TO USE
STEP 01
Guided Meditation.
Gather each product and press play on custom meditation.

STEP 02
Lavender Essential Oil.
Breathe in the scent of the oil or place a few drops in your diffuser.

STEP 03
Refresh Gentle Enzyme Cleanser.
Wet hands, face, and neck. Place 1-2 pumps of cleanser into hands and rub together. Gently massage over skin avoiding direct contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly.

STEP 04
Protect Antioxidant Face Serum.
While skin is still slightly damp, apply Protect onto your face, neck, and décolletage. Allow serum to absorb.

STEP 05
Restore Ultra-Rich Night Cream.
Massage Restore onto your face, neck, and décolletage in upward strokes with clean hands or fingertips. Allow cream to absorb.

STEP 06
Deluxe Mini Detox Balancing Face Oil.
Dispense 4-7 drops of Detox onto fingertips, rub together, and evenly press oil onto face, neck, and décolletage.

STEP 07
White Jade Facial Roller.
After applying Detox, gently roll from the center of your neck outwards. Continue rolling from the center of the face, first at the jawline, then cheekbones, under eyes, and forehead outwards and upwards toward the hairline. Go over each area several times. The larger roller is intended for your face and neck while the smaller roller is made for more delicate areas around the eyes and nose. Store the roller in the refrigerator to enhance the cooling effect.
